Chobits is about yet another male trying to get into a university in Tokyo. In the process, he decides to move to the big city in order to prepare for the entrance exams. Unlike our society, his is full of robots called "Persocons", which like like human sized computers, organizers, or whatever you like to call them. Regardless, they come in all shapes and forms, and everyone seems to have one. Everyone except our main character. One day, his luck changes as he stumbles across a Persocon that was thrown out. Not letting this chance slip, he takes it home, and thus begins his journey about passing exams, living, learning about his Persocon, and about himself.(anime-source.com)
