The story takes place in a pre-war fantasy world where Zeppelins circle the skies and evil scientists work night and day to develop a devastating bomb that will destroy the world. Amon, is a gifted boy who can harness the power of light, and the authorities are desperate to exploit him.In their attempt to flee, Amon's parents are killed, and he is captured. Managing to escape from his enemy, Amon lives with the harmonious Water People. Spurred into action when the evil Golden Dragon kingdom attacks them, Amon mobilises the masses to rise against the wicked fascists.
