In Mt. Ararat, in Turkey the Ark of Noah is found(the well known bible story). What they don't realize is that Noah's Ark holds a great power which can control the atmosphere of the earth. Now a group known as Akham and the US military are trying to get their hands on this power. It is the job of cyborgs, also known as Spriggans, to help make sure this power is not put into the hands of the enemy.
