Based on a game under the same name, this is a 3-part OVA series focusing on Akane Suzumiya from 'Kimi ga Nozomu Eien'.Akane, now in her third year at Hakuryo High, is the student repersentative of her class as well as being an idol of the school. A new transfer student, Jouji Gouda, fell in love with her at first sight and without hesitation, proposed to her in the full view of the class. Naturally, after being rejected, Jouji's passionate desire drives him on to do anything to show his love to her. With help from his teacher, Jouji aims to win over Akane's heart but his unique and rather otaku-esque imagination (which includes imagining that he becomes a mecha pilot, yes, all you mecha fans I'm sure you've done it as well...) leads to comical yet somewhat difficult situations for Akane.
Will Jouji's spontaneous actions be able to make Akane do a 180 degree about turn and see him as an eccentric boyfriend, or will Akane's past memories of how tragic love can be, keep the gates to her heart firmly closed.
