Synopsis
Using the power do darkness the ambitious ruler of the Gran Kingdom, Lord Nene, has launched a campaign to take over the world. The only ones standing in his way are the powerful Night Masters, great warriors with unmatched swordsmanship and with the ability to transform their shadow into powerful gigantic creatures to fight at their side.
10-year-old Shu dreams of joining a Night Master as a page, and is excited to find out that one is coming to his village. But the Night Masters haven't come looking for a page, but for the powerful Blue Dragon. And in their wake come the forces of Lord Nene. With his village and friends caught in the conflagration, Shu's desire for power suddenly manifests as his shadow takes corporeal form as well... the form of the mighty Blue Dragon which is now under his control!(anime-source)
